  Onua TV/FM's morning show host Captain Smart made his way to the STC Yard in Accra Tuesday morning to report on the floods that have taken over the capital city. Unfortunately for him, he ended up getting submerged in the floodwaters up to his waist and got stuck as well. Help, however came from passers-by who pulled him out of the drains.

Popular Ghanaian actress Juliet Ibrahim has recounted her ordeals with an abusive partner who never saw his act as wrong. The bi-racial media personality famous for her roles in Nollywood movies revealed in an interview with Chude Jideonwo how she was locked up for days by her ex-boyfriend and raped daily. Even though there was never a mutual consent, Ibrahim stated her ex-lover would still have sexual relations with her.
